Winner of Best Film at the International Film Festival of Wales, 'How Are You?' is a short documentary film exploring the stigma of mental health issues. With support from Cardiff University and the National Centre for Mental Health, the film has screened at IndieWise Virtual Film Festival, The Early Bird International Student Film Festival in Bulgaria, the International Film Festival of Wales and Ffresh Student Film Festival. 

Directed by Munzir Quraishy and Produced by Natalie Ellis, the film includes interviews with Prof. Ian Collings, Consultant Psychiatrist and Mair Elliott, Mental Health Campaigner.
